About

Still running. Still learning. Still showing up.

I’m Mon — a senior runner, UESCA-certified coach, and someone who still believes in chasing personal bests, even after 60.

I didn’t start running to win races. I started running to test limits, to understand my body, to process my thoughts, and eventually, to help others do the same. Over the years, I’ve crossed marathon finish lines, bounced back from injury, coached others toward their goals, and proved to myself — again and again — that it’s never too late to get stronger.

This blog, SoloRunner.ph, is where I document that journey.

It’s personal — but also practical.
